Custom 3D timber frame design

 

Every frame cut in our shop is designed in house. Precision Timberworks can turn your conceptual plan into a 3D rendering in less than 3 hours. At Precision Timberworks we feel that proper design begins on site and includes many personal considerations, including budget. In order to create a clear plan based on your ideas we will produce a conceptual drawing. These initial conceptual drawings include your floor plans, frame plans, foundation plan, elevations, and timber species. After initial plans are reviewed and approved by you we we will be able to offer your an accurate price quote and lead times. To produce the final construction drawings needed, we will require a 10% deposit of the quoted frame cost. With these drawings you will be able to get bids on the rest of project and obtain a building permit. If your local building department requires an architect or engineers approval we will be there to further assist you.
